The Hall Financial Group works with many colleges and universities in upstate New York and Vermont, including especially strong relationships with the following: Siena College, where The Hall Financial Group is designated as “Employer in-House.” The Hall Financial Group’s Director of Development, Kristen Cargill, conducts mock interviews biweekly. The Hall Financial Group sponsors the MonsterTrak system for the college. The Hall Financial Group also sponsors events such as the Etiquette Dinner for Senior Student Athletes and the “Introduction to Senior Days” event. Financial Representatives from The Hall Financial Group speak to students in business, marketing and finance classes. The Hall Financial Group’s Financial Representatives are also involved in a variety of alumni activities. The Hall Financial Group also reaches out to potential Financial Representatives through community programs and professional organizations, participating in many local chambers of commerce, some of which are the Albany Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, the Colonie Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Capital District National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Financial Representatives are also active in the National Association of Colleges and Employers, and the group is a key sponsor of the Journeyman Athletics Association.
